New Year, Same Old Me

Hello guys!
Yeah, since this is still the early week of January, guess it is still New Year Vibe everywhere *or maybe only me*

As classic as is it, have you made your 2019 Resolutions yet?
Well, for me, I quit from writing my New Year Resolutions since years ago.
Why? Umm, just because I don't feel like it. *LOL*
To be honest, I just give up and wanna go with the flow.

I remember the last time I wrote my New Year Resolutions, the list are as cliche as every resolutions I guess.
Such as, I want to graduate university, I want to be slimmer, I want to be healthier, I want to be more patient, etc.
And you guess it, the one that got checked is only 'I want to graduate university'
And the others are becoming the upcoming year resolutions.

So yeah, I decide to go with the flow.
To do what I feels good about it.
To eat the foods that I like.
To appreciate more in life.
And to love myself more.
Because as I live my life, I realize that the more you love yourself, the more you will enjoy life.
:D

You know, when you start to love yourself, you will know yourself better.
As in, you will know more about whats good and bad for you.
Actually, I start joining Gym Membership since November last year.
It is a lie if I said that I only want to be healthier, I also want to lose weight.
But what is more in it is, I decided to join the membership because my weight is rising and rising and rising that it start to freak me out.
So yeah, I eat what I want to eat, but I also do more exercise than before.

Because I believe the more healthy I am, the more Happy I will be.
